THE RULES – WHAT WE TAKE BACK AND HOW TO SEND IT BACK
3 Wise Men is committed to try and make this whole experience a good one, in fact one of the best. If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the product. We will also ship your exchange request back to you free of charge. Simple.
Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All items can be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in (including sale items). If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Call +61 9 361 6686 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return. We will then email you a returns form.
- Complete the Exchanges & Return form.
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Label the package with our returns address and send to:
3 Wise Men Online/ DSL, 17 Timberley Road, Mangere, Auckland, New Zealand
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
- 3 Wise Men will not cover the cost of returns back to us.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3 Wise Men returns department operates Monday-Friday 7.30am to 3pm. Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours.
3 Wise Men will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to 3 Wise Men in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, 3 Wise Men will not exchange or refund on underwear or swimwear.
