Wedding Photographer Guide

The wedding photographer.

In these days of cameras on phones, everyone thinks they should be shooting for Vogue magazine. However, there’s still a place for a great wedding photographer.

Just make sure do your research, check out their styles and always choose one that’s flexible.

We’ve got a wedding photographer mate who most definitely has had to be - like that time where a flash flood at a marquee wedding on a beach saw all the guests lined up at the buffet with water above their ankles.

(Most people sensibly chose the fish).

Or the one when a bridesmaid was touching up the bride’s makeup in the car on the way to wedding, the lid came off spilling the contents all over the bride’s dress – who freaked out and knocked the rest of the container over the other bridesmaid’s dresses.

And of course, there was the one where the 1960 Jag caught on fire with the bride and groom inside. Even years later the happy couple still love the shots the quick-thinking photographer captured with them and the fire brigade, the most.
