Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to get delivered?
All NZ orders are dispatched via courier and should be delivered to your address within 2-3 working days after the order is processed. Rural delivery addresses may take a little longer. All deliveries must be signed for, but if you want your parcel to be left without signing just call the courier company that is delivering your order and quote the tracking number that we have provided on your shipping confirmation.
From time to time we will need to fulfill your order from one of our stores, which means your order may arrive in two shipments. If this is the case with your order you will get a notification letting you know.
Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address in NZ mostly because we are not allowed to but also because they are usually quite small and we don’t want to crease your lovely new shirts.
International orders are sent via DHL. When your order is processed and dispatched we will advise via email the date it left Auckland and a give you a tracking number that can be watched via the DHL website, although we’ve done that and it’s not exactly riveting viewing.
Is my full order guaranteed to be fulfilled?
From time to time a style may sell out before your online purchase is processed. If this does occur we will contact you and suggest an alternative or simply remove that item from your order and charge your credit card accordingly.
I typed a wrong delivery address. Can it be fixed?
Do I have to pay duty or taxes on international orders?
All goods sold in NZ include Good & Services Tax (GST). For orders shipped to destinations outside New Zealand, the price excludes GST, Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other taxes specific to the destination country. Orders to destinations outside New Zealand may be subject to local sales tax and/or import duty and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
Can I pick up my order in store?
You can choose to collect your online order from any of our stores. When you check out online, under delivery address click on "Pick up from store" here you can select the store that you want to collect your order from. We will give you a call or email you when your order is ready to be collected, this normally takes 1-3 working days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to many destinations including USA, UK, Australia and most other countries. If you would like to confirm if we can ship to your destination please email email@example.com before placing your order.
What are 3 Wise Men delivery costs?
All orders delivered to New Zealand addresses include free delivery over an order value of $50. Australian orders over $149 also include free delivery, and orders less than $149 to Australian addresses incur a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Orders to the rest of the world incur a flat rate of $100 for shipping.
I'm missing an item from my order
Sometimes we fulfill orders from our stores, if this happens there is a chance that you may receive more than one parcel. If you are going to receive more than one parcel, this will be stated in your shipping confirmation emails. If there is still something missing from your order, give us a call on 0800 3WISEMEN, contact us on live chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you.
Can you provide me with a GST invoice?
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll email a GST invoice to you.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We can't deliver to a PO Box address in NZ mostly because we are not allowed to but also because they are usually quite small and we don’t want to crease your lovely new shirts.
What kind of delivery service do you use?
Orders are sent by PBT, Castle Parcels or Post Haste within New Zealand unless you request alternative arrangements. Orders to Australia are sent by Toll and orders to the rest of the world are sent by DHL.
Can I order products over the phone?
Sure, give us a call on 0800 3WISEMEN from within New Zealand, or on +64 9 361 6686 from the rest of the world.
What happens if I'm not in when my parcel arrives?
If you are not home to receive your parcel, the courier driver will either leave this in a safe spot or leave a card to call. If they leave a card to call, this will list the tracking number of your parcel and details of how to arrange re-delivery or parcel pick up. It will also list their contact information so you can contact them directly to arrange this - however, if you need any assistance with this feel free to contact us as we can get in touch with the courier on your behalf.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing courier details and your order's tracking number so you can follow it's delivery right to your door. You can use the shipping details provided in this email to track your order online using the following links (depending on which courier company is delivering your order):

Can I exchange a shirt at a different store that it was originally purchased?
Yes of course. Exchanges are accepted in any store provided you are exchanging the shirt in the same country in which it was originally purchased.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We take pride in the quality of our products and problems are rare. If you do find a fault please contact our customer service team on 0800 3WISEMEN or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll explain the next steps and sort out the issue for you.
Will my refund include courier charges?
Orders delivered to New Zealand addresses include free shipping so there is no courier charge to refund. Orders placed from AU or the rest of the world incur freight, this is not included as part of the refund amount.
Can I return my online order in store?
Sure, exchanges are accepted in any store. Just bring a copy of your order confirmation with you and any one of our stores can process an exchange or refund.
What say I do not like my shirt or it does not fit?
It happens. We will gladly replace the shirt for something similar or issue you a refund. Should this happen please email us at email@example.com, contact us on live chat or call us on 0800 3WISEMEN to arrange a return of the order or item and delivery of an alternative. For stress free returns it probably pays not to eat nachos when you are trying on your 3 wise men shirt for the first time, unless you wear one of those thick paper bibs that you get at the dentists.
How do I return my online order by courier?
The easiest way to exchange or return products is by completing our online returns form here. When we receive the returns form we will email a prepaid courier ticket to you so you can return the items. Click here for more information about the returns process.
Can I return an item for an exchange rather than a refund?
If your item doesn't fit, if you've changed your mind or for any reason at all, we are happy to exchange your items. Just complete our returns form here and let us know the style and size that you would like us to send as an exchange. We will send you a prepaid courier ticket so you can return your items.
What is you returns process?
3 Wise Men is committed to making the whole online shopping experience a good one, in fact, one of the best. If you receive any merchandise that isn’t quite what you are after, simply get in touch with us within the time frame listed below, and we will happily find a different size or style for you, or if you prefer, we’ll refund the product. We will also ship any exchanged products back to you free of charge. Simple.
Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All items can be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in (including sale items). For hygiene reasons, 3 Wise Men will not exchange or refund underwear.
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Complete the exchanges & returns form by clicking on this link.
- Once you've completed the exchanges & returns form we will email a prepaid courier ticket to you - simply book a pick up via the link on the email or drop off to your local depot.
- Pack all the items you'd like to return and include your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and attach the courier label. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in the packaging as we are unable to accept them if damaged.
- Please allow 1-2 working days after booking for the courier to collect your items.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process your return. Exchange items will be sent or refunds processed within 1-2 working days.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS TO ONE OF OUR STORES
Can’t wait for a courier to pick up your items? No problem you’re more than welcome to exchange or return online orders at any 3 Wise Men store within 30 days of receipt. Click here to find your nearest store and talk to one of the 3 Wise Men team, they will organise an exchange or refund for you. Just bring proof of purchase and all the packaging.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return into our warehouse we will inspect and process your return. Exchange items will be sent, or refunds processed within 1-2 days.
I've had alterations made to my products, can I return these?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund items that have been altered in any way.
Can I return more than one order in 1 parcel?
Sure, just include all relevant invoices in the parcel and we will get your exchange or refund processed.

Is my transaction safe from hackers & fraudsters?
Payments are processed by Windcave using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption. That's industry speak for pretty much unbreakable. SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, is a method of encryption used to secure traffic between web browsers and servers. SSL encrypted traffic is unable to be intercepted by third parties between the client and the server, a private channel is created. Credit card details used in online transactions are not stored or accessed in any way by 3 Wise Men.
Are my personal details including credit card details kept on file by 3 Wise Men?
Your credit card details are not kept by 3 Wise Men nor are they visible to 3 Wise Men. The transaction is conducted by Windcave; which is a third party level 1, PCI compliant service provider. Your personal details including shirt size, purchase history email address, delivery address and phone numbers are kept on file so we can contact you if required. If you want us to know anything else about you, like your favourite beer, or whether you’re a salt and vinegar or ready salted chips guy, feel free to tell us although we won’t use that information unless you want us to.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from receiving our marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email. Alternately you can email email@example.com and we will stop sending you emails.
Why can't I log in to my account?
Sometimes things just don't go right, if you can't sign in to your account contact us on 0800 3WISEMEN, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to us via live chat. We may need to reset your password or verify your email details.
How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by logging in to your account on the website. If you go to My Account, then click on Dashboard, you can change your email address or password by editing the account details section. If it's easier, just give us a call at 0800 3WISEMEN and we'll help you out.
How do I change my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgotten Password link when you log in, you will receive an email with instructions on how to update your password.
If you know your password but you want to change it, sign in to your account on the website and go to My Account. Click on Dashboard, here you can change your email address or password by editing the account details section.

What is click & collect?
If you want to buy something online you can choose to have it delivered to you free of charge to work or home. If you'd rather collect the item in person you can select a store when you placing the order on the website. We'll send your order to the store and let you know by phone or email when it is ready to pick up.
How do I collect my order in store?
We'll let you know by phone or email when your order is ready to be collected. Just turn up and let us know who you are and we'll have your order ready for you to collect.
How long will it take for my click and collect order to arrive in store?
It can take 2-3 days for click and collect orders to be shipped from our warehouse to the store you have selected, but we'll let you know by phone or email when it is ready to be picked up. If you need your order urgently give us a call on 0800 3WISEMEN, contact us on live chat or email us at email@example.com and we will see if we can help.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
We'll let you know by phone or email when your order is ready to be collected. If you haven't heard from us, please check that the contact details on you order confirmation are correct and please also check your junk folder.

Can I return or refund a gift card or voucher?
Gift vouchers and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I buy online using a gift voucher?
If you've received an electronic gift voucher via email, you are able to redeem this when completing your order, just enter the voucher number into the "Gift Card Code" field and the voucher value will be applied to your order. How do I buy a gift voucher?
You can purchase an online gift voucher here. Simply select the amount that you would like to give and fill in the recipient's details for them to receive an email with their gift, from you. These vouchers can be redeemed in-store and online.
If you would like to purchase a physical gift card, these can be bought in any of our stores and we will load the card with the amount you wish to give.
Can I purchase online with a physical gift card?

I have more than one gift voucher can these be combined?

How do I check the balance of my giftcard or voucher?

Can I make a purchase that is more than my gift voucher value?
You can use your gift voucher as part payment toward your purchase and pay for the balance using a credit or debit card at checkout.

What currency do you work in?
All prices on our New Zealand site are in New Zealand Dollars. If you access our Australian site (https://www.3wisemen.com.au) while in Australia the prices are in Australian dollars.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit card payments and American Express. We also let you pay for your order across several weeks using Laybuy or Zip. On our Australian site, we accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit card payments and PayPal.
I need to make a bulk order, can you offer me a special price?

What are your bundle offers and how do they work?
Since we opened our doors we've offered our famous 3 for three hundy deal on all shirts, jerseys & trou. Over time we've expanded this idea and offered bundle deals across many of our products, the details are below.

How often is new stock put on the website?
We are always adding new styles to the website. It pays to check every week as we add new stock all the time. If you follow our outlet section ($60 shirts or 3 for $150), we also load new stock to that section every week or so.
Do you do alterations?
If you need to have you 3 Wise Men gear altered we can put you in touch with someone, or if you prefer to go into one of our stores they can arrange an alteration for you.
Do your shirts come with a pocket?
Most of our shirts come with a detached pocket. If you prefer to have a pocket on your shirt this can be attached by someone who does clothing alterations.
Do you do suit hire?
If you are considering hiring a suit for a wedding or black tie, check out our suits selection here, it may end up being more cost-effective to purchase a suit if you are going to use it several times. If you are attending a formal event, the Quintessential dinner suit could be a good option. We are happy to provide advice on selecting a suit to purchase, but we don't hire them out.
